Aesthetics By Meina LLC strives to provide the best customer experience and high-quality lash extension supplies. In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective, please contact admin@shopabm.store as soon as possible. We will send replacements for damaged/missing products if contacted within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a replacement: items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that it was received.

Please include your order number & provide photos and videos of the issue in the email in order to be considered for a refund/exchange.
